Aleph Accounting / Founder advisory
409A valuation consultation
Plan your next option grants with organized financials, a clear budget and coordinated timing. Aleph Accounting helps prepare your financial package and coordinate with an independent appraiser and your US and Israeli advisers.
Arrange your consultation at yoash@alephaccounting.co. The professional report is not free; scope and fees are confirmed in a quote.
The process
- 01
Scope your consultation
Review your entity structure, funding stage, prior report and intended grant date. For Israeli startups, identify coordination needs with Section 102 advisers and the trustee.
- 02
Prepare the valuation package
Gather an up-to-date cap table, financial statements, forecasts and financing documents. Aleph helps organize the records and answer financial questions.
- 03
Coordinate the appraisal and report review
An independent appraiser determines common-stock fair market value. We coordinate questions, supporting documents and timing with the appraiser and your advisers.
- 04
Plan grants and future refreshes
Retain the report with board approvals and grant documents. Revisit the valuation after material events or before the applicable reliance period ends.
Cost and your quote
For budgeting only, 409AReport publishes $1,500 for one preferred share class, $2,000 for two, $2,500 for three and $3,000 for four; its complex-structure example is $4,000. These are third-party examples, not Aleph pricing or a binding quote.
Discuss preparation and coordination scope, the appraiser's fee, required refreshes and what the quote includes. Confirm taxes and any additional costs separately.

Your delivery date is agreed with the appraiser after reviewing scope and documents. There is no fixed turnaround guarantee: complex capital structures, missing information and forecast questions can extend the process.
Contact us before your planned grant date and include the deadline in your request. Allow time for preparation, appraisal and follow-up questions, report review and approval coordination. Urgent availability and terms must be confirmed upfront.
The safe-harbor reliance period of up to 12 months is not the report preparation time; a material event may require an earlier refresh.
What to bring to the consultation
Your company name and operating countries, funding stage and latest round, cap table, financials and forecasts, any prior 409A report, and your intended grant date. We will confirm the required documents and how to share them during the consultation.

General information, not individual tax or legal advice. The valuation and report are the appraiser's work; Aleph provides preparation and coordination support.
